There is one singel authority in Albania for the recognition of foreign degrees and other qualifications.
Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth evaluate foreign certificates and diploma qualifications including Professional, Bachelor, Master and Doctorate degrees issued by foreign higher education institutions. The Diploma Recognition Commission assesses, recognizes and coordinates, on the basis of the European Qualifications Framework and the Albanian Qualifications Framework, in accordance with the international recognition principles and standards set out in the documents, agreements and international conventions.
If the diploma recognition is not made, then Albanian institutions don’t have the right to employe anyone.

recognition in the Republic of Albania, entitling their holders equal rights with regard to
